From the drawing board, to the production floor, to the test lab, Barber-Nichols, Inc. ( BNI ) monitors quality every step of the way. BNI is an AS 9100 (Rev. B) and ISO 9001:2000 registered company and, in accordance with these standards, follows a documented system that ensures product conformance to all customer specified requirements. Additionally, Barber-Nichols is a qualified supplier for Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Northrop Grumman, and others. BNI's quality system is comprehensive but flexible, allowing for individual customer and program requirements.

- Three-dimensional Coordinate Measuring Machine ( CMM ) Inspection
- Government source, third-party witnessing and record auditing
- Complete data packaging, including coordination of all outside and special processing
